Push the pipe into the cutting chamber and rotate the cutter in the direction of the arrow on the tool. Squeeze the handles to release the pipe after cutting. Scissor style: cuts 1/8 inch - 1 inch PEX and PE-RT pipe. Push the pipe into the cutting chamber and squeeze the handles to release the pipe after cutting. The SharkBite Connection System makes any plumbing project fast and easy thanks to unique push-to-connect technology. When you insert a pipe into a SharkBite quick-connect fitting, the fitting's stainless-steel teeth bite down and grip the pipe, while its special O-ring compresses to create a watertight seal.
